Delivery Information
We aim to ship all orders next business day (Monday to Friday). if it is a weekend or bank holiday we will ship your order on the next business day.
Our standard delivery to the UK is Royal Mail 1st class, which usually takes 1-2 working days. If you need your order next business day, then you have the option of choosing the Evri (Hermes) Next Day method of delivery.
Delivery to Europe and Worldwide are send using Royal Mail International Post, which can take up to 3 – 5 working days to Europe and 7 – 14 working days for the rest of the world to arrive.
We ship orders to the nominated delivery address showed on your order.
Our 30 day return policy
You, the customer, can cancel your order within 14 days of the order arriving at your nominated delivery address if you the address is in the United Kingdom or EU. Any orders sent to other addresses outside of the UK and EU. if you would like to cancel order, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancelling and returning your items. You may must our contact form to notify us of the cancellation so that we can plan to receive your return and process it as quickly as possible. When you contact us regarding the return, we will notify you of the return address to post your order too. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the order. Please note that we only accept posted returns. There are no physical return locations available for your return. We recommend you use a signed for postage option when sending your returns so that you have a record of the delivery.
Your returns must be in the same condition as when you received them. We will check your return and notify you if there are any issues. If you receive an item damaged, we would request you to take photos and send these to us. We will provide you sending details when you make contact regarding your return.
Order Lost In Transit
Occasionally, orders can become lost in transit. If your order does not arrive up within 7 working days if posted to a UK address, 14 working days to a EU address, or 20 working days to other addresses, then we will send you a replacement, if the item you have ordered is no longer available we will communicate with you to arrange an alternative item.

We do our very best to make sure all the product information and pricing is accurate. If there is an error with a product description or price, we will do our best to rectify the error as quickly as possible. You, the customer, will not hold us responsible for inaccuracies, but if you choose to let us know there is a problem, we will appreciate your feedback and if correct, we will update the website.

All customs duties or taxes for orders arriving in your country are at your expense, we do not include this at the cost of your order or shipping.
